Timeless Hiring Advice 30 Years Later | Steve Jobs

Did you know that Steve Jobs hired an expensive management firm in the early days of Apple? And turns out, he didn’t need them. Steve Jobs said, “The greatest people are self-managing, they don’t need to be managed.”
